NAA ENDOWNMENT FUND
Ngee Ann Alumni (NAA) Endowment Fund
In Oct 2020, the Ngee Ann Alumni (NAA) initiated an endowment fund with the intention to help needy students in NP with priority for low-income students who are children of NAA members.
The endowment fund has a target of $200,000 (Principal Sum) and with government matching it would have a capital sum of $500,000. The investment income generated will be used to support the following students:-
- Singapore Citizens
- 60% or more awards for children of NAA members.
- In the event that there are no eligible and deserving students who are children of NAA members, the awards may be allocated to other Singaporean students.
- Household income criterion to be in line with the Government framework of the Higher Education Community Bursary (Tier 1).
As of 1 Oct 2021, NAA has managed to secure $160,000 from its donors and is still $40,000 short of the $200,000 needed. NAA is seeking leads for all members to collectively help in fulfilling this balance $40,000 donation so that the endowment can be set-up and benefit future generations of needy students in NP with priority for children of our members.
If you know of anyone who will support this cause, please share the link below.
Every amount is appreciated and will bring these students closer to achieving their dreams of a quality education in NP.
